Refund policy

Returns

All products are handmade upon order.  All sales are FINAL.  We do not accept returns or exchanges on any order.  We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we can work together to resolve the issue.  You will need proof of purchase (order #, confirmation email, and receipt).

Damages and issues
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers have a 3 day grace period after their order was marked delivered to contact us regarding issues with their order.  If we are not contacted within 3 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.  


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns, however, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work together to come up with a solution for the issue.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
